Hannah is the founder and director of operations at Rose Wellness and an educator dedicated to helping both clients and clinicians thrive. Her work centers on authenticity, shame, self-trust, and the relationship we have with ourselves. Through 1:1 guidance at with Hannah Rose, she helps people explore the barriers that stand between them and a more compassionate, authentic, and trusting relationship with themselves. Hannah is also the creator of The Thriving Practice Academy, an educational platform that supports therapists in building sustainable and aligned private practices. Known for her warm, honest, and grounded approach, she creates spaces for reflection, growth, and meaningful change.

We're always looking for passionate and experienced clinicians to join our team. As an independent contractor with Rose Wellness, you'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work with as large of a caseload as you want. We respect your autonomy and believe that our clinicians thrive when they have the freedom to work in a way that suits their unique strengths and preferences.

Job Details
- Fully remote, W2 Position,
-50-60% income split depending on licensure
- Ideally seeing a minimum of 20 clients a week
- Competetive benefits package (See Below)
- Must be licensed in Maryland (LGPC/LCPC, LMSW/LCSW-C)
- All billing, insurance, & credentialing handled by admin team
- Choose your own schedule, choose your own clients
- Steady stream of referrals, no need to do your own marketing!
- No non competes or non solicitation agreements - We encourage career advancement
- Best vibes around, tbh (feel free to reach out to any of our current therapists to ask them about their experience; We encourage it)
