Autumn is a pro-liberatory queer and trans therapist who truly believes in the power of community and relationships. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Goddard College in 2023, completed her Master of Science in Counseling at Hood College in 2025, and has completed level 1 training in Gottman method relationship therapy through the Gottman Institute. She works with couples and individuals aged 14 or older, and her biggest passion is working with other queer people. Autumn is her clients’ biggest cheerleader, balancing unconditional support and strong belief in the intrinsic worth of every human being with a desire for them to live the lives they truly want. Autumn is kink and poly literate and welcomes all relationship dynamics into the therapeutic setting.
Autumn believes that building a strong therapeutic relationship is the single most important part of therapy, and she always strives to maintain an open, communicative, and non judgmental atmosphere in session. In line with her relationship driven approach, Autumn is always curious about the ways in which cultural, systemic, and environmental factors shape the ways in which people experience the world. Autumn is passionate about supporting those who have experienced religious trauma or are in the process of exiting controlling religious settings, and will always hold space for spiritual concerns.
