Kelli is a licensed master social worker who brings compassion, collaboration, curiosity, and a touch of humor. She believes meaningful change begins when clients feel seen, heard, and understood, which helps to create a nonjudgmental space. Whether someone is facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, caregiving stress, or questions about identity and purpose, Kelli’s goal is to help clients build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence.
Kelli earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland College Park in Sociology and a graduate degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Social Work, with a concentration in clinical aging. This focus strengthened her understanding of well-being across the lifespan. She has worked in community health centers, hospitals, nursing homes, and state and federal agencies that have broadened her perspective with meeting clients where they are.
Outside of clinical work, Kelli enjoys spending time with her family and her two cats, Bruno and June. She’s also a avid plant mom, a LEGO enthusiast and builder, and loves creating art, music, doing theater.
