Sydney Williams

Trauma Informed therapist

Our past can teach us a lot about ourselves: Not only how we see the world but also how we react to it. Sydney Williams is here to help you explore those significant moments that may have set you on this path, and reframe your thinking so that you can overcome those negative thoughts and emotions that may be keeping you from being the best version of yourself you can be.

Sydney’s experience in foster care therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Trauma Informed Care, Somatic Treatment, and mindfulness based interventions have provided her the ability to understand the effects of cultural, economic, and environmental factors and how they play a huge role in shaping one’s emotional development.

Sydney truly believes that therapy can help uncover the root causes of that which might be hindering you or impacting your life. She will not only teach you the basics to understanding why and how you got to this point, but she will also help you conquer those negative thoughts and emotions that often hold us back from living a full, happy and thriving life.
