Emily Mori is a licensed clinical mental health therapist and experienced clinical leader dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and neurodiversity-affirming care. As Clinical Director at Rose Wellness Counseling, Emily oversees clinical programming, supports professional development, and ensures high standards of ethical and culturally responsive practice across the organization.

Emily earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and a Master’s degree in Cannabis Therapeutics from the University of Maryland. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland, a National Certified Counselor, a Certified Autism Specialist, and an ADHD Clinical Service Provider. Emily has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, executive functioning challenges, life transitions, and relational stress.

As a clinical leader, Emily is passionate about mentoring clinicians, fostering supportive workplace cultures, and promoting high-quality, accessible mental health care. She is deeply committed to empowering both clients and providers through education, advocacy, and compassionate connection.
