Ashley is Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor, LGPC who has experience working with diverse populations in a variety of therapeutic settings. Ashley obtained her Bachelor’s in Science, Psychology at Towson University and later received her Master of Education through Loyola University’s School Counseling and nationally recognized, CACREP program.

Ashley has passionately worked to provide therapeutic support to people with developmental and physical disabilities under her work as a Behavioral Health Clinician, as well as responding to mental health crises through her work as a Mobile Crisis Clinician. Ashley also worked as a psychotherapist (LAC) for a group practice located in New Jersey; helping clients navigate challenges/life transitions, relationship issues and achieve their goals to authenticity and life satisfaction.

Ashley strongly believes in providing a safe and authentic space for clients. Ashley uses a non-judgmental and identity affirming care with her clients, while providing a therapeutic space for clients to explore their emotions, thoughts and self. Ashley works collaboratively with her clients, (believing that clients are their experts in their lives) and will help facilitate growth from a strengths-based perspective and use of solution-focused (goal-oriented), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tools, including mindfulness.

These experiences have deepened her understanding of working with individuals struggling with self-esteem, self-advocacy, trauma, anxiety, depression and mental health crises.
