Angie Knable

Angie Knable, LMSW, is a licensed mental health professional with ten years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD, and also works with clients facing life transitions, parenting and postpartum issues, as well as active duty military members, veterans, and their families.
Angie practices from a trauma informed, strengths-based perspective and is a firm believer in the mind-body connection as a foundation for healing. Her holistic approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with mindfulness techniques and somatic healing practices.
Angie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA, and earned her Master’s in Social Work from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. She is also a certified yoga instructor with over 200 hours of training, which informs her integrated, body-centered approach to mental health care.
