Specializing in trauma treatment, including single/multiple incident trauma and complex traumas like racial and gender-based traumas, Chika primarily utilizes EMDR and mindfulness-based techniques. Additionally, she tailors different modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, EFT, and expressive therapies to meet her clients' unique needs. With experience in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, sex and sexuality, interpersonal violence, and parent coaching, Chika believes in the collaborative nature of therapy.
